As our company is engaged in manufacturing, precise computer-aided design is essential for the development of complex and high-quality products.

 

We have adopted the Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis software "DEFORM" in our design process, enabling advanced simulations for the development of products and molds without the need for actual processing.

 

By addressing issues and challenges during the simulation phase, we can conduct rapid prototyping of actual products in a short period. This approach allows us to achieve a smooth and higher-quality product development process.

 

Furthermore, we have introduced 3D printers capable of representing various shapes with gypsum three-dimensional objects when given 3DCAD data. Additionally, 3D scanners have been implemented to provide a detailed understanding of the drawings through three-dimensional measurements.

 

In particular, the 3D scanner allows for the accumulation of drawing data, contributing to the establishment of technical know-how and serving as the foundation for new mold and technology development.

 

Such state-of-the-art facilities play a crucial role in optimizing technology development, accumulating technical know-how, and contributing to various scenes in research and development.

It includes metal material flow, tool loading conditions, deformation due to heat treatment, and predictions of chip formation during cutting.

In our company, we have manufacturing technology departments at both the headquarters and the Shiga factory. Furthermore, to ensure the delivery of products with reliable quality, we have established a dedicated quality management department. This department oversees whether the products are being produced in accordance with customer requirements.

In the realm of quality management, skilled technicians with various certifications utilize a range of inspection equipment such as 3D measuring devices, shape measurement machines, hub inspection machines, hardness testing machines, and projectors. They meticulously inspect products using these various inspection tools.

 

Through rigorous quality control and process management, only products that have undergone these measures are supplied to our customers.
