Established as a bearing components turning processing plant in Nakanohama, Joto-ku, Osaka City.
June 1945(Showa 20)
Relocated to 253 Onojibacho, Sakai City.

Advanced into the cold processing of tapered rollers.
January 1960(Showa 35)
Established Miyake Works Co., Ltd. (Capital: 5 million yen)
November 1971 (Showa 46)
Advanced into the hot former forging division.
December 1972 (Showa 47)
Constructed a forging factory in Ueno City, Mie Prefecture, aiming to strengthen production.
March 1976 (Showa 51)
Constructed a tempering and shot factory, aiming for integrated production.
1983 (Showa 58)
Started non-oxidized tempering (unmanned processing day and night) to reduce turnover and improve quality.
April 1984 (Showa 59)
Relocated the turning factory to Ueno City.
August 1984 (Showa 59)
Increased the capital to 20 million yen.
November 1985 (Showa 60)
Advanced into the cold rolling department.
1985 (Showa 60)
Introduced a cold rolling machine, changing the internal and external separation method from 4-point separation to 3-point separation, aiming to improve accuracy and reduce costs.
June 1986 (Showa 61)
Expansion of turning factory, establishment of a new mold factory, in-house production of jigs and tools, and introduction of continuous tempering furnaces to enhance production capacity.

Achieved in-house production of molds, reducing lead times and lowering costs. (Managed molds through an automated rack system)

Heisei Era

(1990〜)

July 1990 (Heisei 2)
Constructed the Ueno Second Factory to strengthen production in the forging and heat treatment departments. Newly installed power generation facilities aimed at stable in-house production and cost reduction.
September 1990 (Heisei 2)
Changed the company name to Miyake Co., Ltd.
April 1992 (Heisei 4)
Introduced a personnel evaluation system to promote internal vitality.
2007 (Heisei 19)
Successfully achieved cold rolling processing for hub bearing outer rings.
2009 (Heisei 21), April
Increased the capital to 48 million yen.
2009 (Heisei 21), June
Established a project team to build the production management system and kicked off the project.
2009 (Heisei 21), December
Shiga Factory started operations.
2010 (Heisei 22), April
Internal WAN (Wide Area Network) started operations.
